I discovered a love for Indian foods many years ago. I am not of Indian origin, but I have cooked many wonderful dishes, and am always on the lookout for an interesting sounding spice combination and a new recipe to try. Long ago I found I really disliked commercial curry powder, no matter how fresh, so for a long time I avoided Indian cuisine, thinking it was all about curry powder. I was so wrong. I have been making up for lost time ever since.

In a food processor, add all the spices along with the vinegar and blend the ingredients into a course paste. This can all be done a day ahead of time.



Another variant is the Kashmiri Kulcha. Made with a dough that is quite similar to the one used for Tel Varu, the Kashmiri Kulcha is quite different from the normal Kulcha. While the normal Kulcha is slightly sour tasting and quite soft, the Kashmiri Kulcha is quite crisp and rusk-like. It comes in two flavors - sweet and salty with a spot of cumin seed. They all eat very well. No one worries about getting fat. No one bothers ever about cholesterol. They are all blessed with lean and shapely bodies. Of course, I do not include those boys who are congenitally fat from their child hood in these observations.



Strain it while still hot or warm, pouring it through a cotton cloth into a stainless steel or heavy glass container. At this point it is very hot, so you should always be cautious. Another way of doing this is to let the Ghee cool down, and then strain it by pouring it through a cotton cloth or a handkerchief directly into clean glass jars or bowls.

Now, in the frying pan, melt the ghee and then pour in the spice powder mixture. Pour in enough water to made a thick gravy. Continue stirring over medium heat for a few minutes. As the gravy sizzles away, the ghee will begin to rise to the top.

Another effective remedy for vertigo is the intake of strawberries. As strawberries are rich in vitamin c in comparison to orange juice. So take lots of strawberry in addition to a cup of yoghurt and some milk and almond also. It is yummy and tasty also and it is effective also to reduce the complications caused by vertigo.
